OBJECTIVE: Microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) onset is affected by genetic predisposition. Autophagy plays a certain role in antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis developing. A key factor in autophagy regulating, the genetic polymorphism of MTOR gene is essential.
