A20 (Tnfaip3), a ubiquitin-editing enzyme, inhibits NF-κB signaling pathways in response to pro-inflammatory cytokines. Previous studies have proved the anti-inflammatory roles of A20 in various cell types, including T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, and intestinal epithelial cells.
