OBJECTIVES: To assess the causality of the associations between interleukins (ILs) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) using Mendelian randomization (MR) design. METHODS: Genetic instruments and summary-level data for ten ILs were obtained from three genome-wide association meta-analyses.
