Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic, neurodegenerative motor disease exhibiting familial and sporadic forms. The present study was aimed to elucidate the association of HLA-DRB1*, DQA1* and DQB1* alleles with PD. A total of 105 PD patients and 100 healthy controls were typed by PCR-SSP method.
