Non-synonymous missense SNPs (nsSNPs) in CPE and GNAS genes were investigated computationally. In silico identified nsSNPs were experimentally validated in type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Pakistani Pathan population using next generation sequencing (NGS).
