Refractory celiac disease type II (RCD II), also referred to as "cryptic" enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL) or "intraepithelial T-cell lymphoma," is a rare clonal lymphoproliferative disorder that arises from innate intraepithelial lymphocytes.
