Importance: Owing to the improvement of systemic therapies for lung cancer, patients live longer, but the incidence of central nervous system (CNS) metastases also increases. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) has been proven better than plasma to reveal unique genetic profiling of intracranial metastases.
