Inactivation of the Rb tumor suppressor causes context-dependent increases in cell proliferation or cell death. In a genetic screen for factors that promoted Rb mutant cell death in Drosophila, we identified Psid, a regulatory subunit of N-terminal acetyltransferase B (NatB).
