Lymphoepithelioma-like hepatocellular carcinoma (LEL-HCC) is a distinct variant of HCC that is characterized by dense tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). Patients with LEL-HCC also show better clinical outcomes compared to conventional HCC (c-HCC), which is commonly presented with low TIL.
