Epithelioid glioblastoma (E-GBM) is a rare aggressive variant of IDH-wildtype glioblastoma newly recognized in the 2016 World Health Organization classification, composed predominantly of monotonous, patternless sheets of round cells with laterally positioned nuclei and plump eosinophilic cytoplasm.
