Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the major health problems with increasing incidence worldwide. We report the elevation in transthyretin (TTR) expression following HCC induction using diethylnitrosamine (DEN) and 2-aminoacetylfluorine (2-AAF) in male Wistar rats.
