Abstract Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTL) is a rare and lethal lymphoma; the genetic drivers of this disease are unknown. Through whole-exome sequencing of 68 HSTLs, we define recurrently mutated driver genes and copy-number alterations in the disease.
