UNLABELLED: Essentials Thrombin-activatable fibrinolysis inhibitor (TAFI) is a risk factor for cardiovascular disorders. TAFI inhibitory nanobodies represent a promising step in developing profibrinolytic therapeutics. We have solved three crystal structures of TAFI in complex with inhibitory nanobodies.
