Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is highly infiltrated by CD4+T cells that express RORγt and IL-17 (TH17). Compelling evidence from the tumor microenvironment suggest that regulatory T cells (Treg) contribute to TH17 mediated inflammation.
