AIM: We assessed the ability of the Therascreen(®) kit (plasma-Therascreen) and of a peptide nucleic acids (PNA)-clamp approach to detect EGFR mutations in plasma-derived circulating-free tumor DNA (cftDNA) from non-small-cell lung cancer patients.
