Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is the fourth cause of cancer-induced death in the Western World. In PDAC patients, alpha-enolase (ENOA), a glycolytic enzyme that also acts as plasminogen receptor, is up-regulated and elicits the production of autoantibodies.
