STUDY QUESTION: Are single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) at the interleukin 1A (IL1A) gene locus associated with endometriosis risk? SUMMARY ANSWER: We found evidence for strong association between IL1A SNPs and endometriosis risk.
