PURPOSE: Neuroblastoma (NB) is an aggressive pediatric malignancy that typically occurs in infants and children under the age of 5 years. High-stage tumors relapse frequently even after aggressive multimodal treatment, resulting in therapy resistance and eventually in patient death.
