Developmentally regulated GTP-binding protein 2 (DRG2) represents a novel subclass of GTP-binding proteins. We here report that transgenic overexpression of DRG2 in mice ameliorates experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), a murine model of multiple sclerosis (MS).
