The influence of beta-naphthoflavone (BNF) pretreatment on 2-aminofluorene (2-AF)-hepatic DNA adduct formation was evaluated in Ah-responsive and non-responsive congenic mouse lines through use of HPLC analysis of 32P-postlabeled nucleotides.
