Transforming growth factor alpha (TGF alpha)-Pseudomonas exotoxin 40 (PE40) is a chimeric protein consisting of an N-terminal TGF alpha domain fused to a C-terminal 40-kDa segment of the Pseudomonas exotoxin A protein.
