OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this study was to determine risk factors that predict malignant ventricular arrhythmias (MVA) in Lamin A/C (LMNA) mutation carriers. BACKGROUND: LMNA mutations cause a variety of clinical phenotypes, including dilated cardiomyopathy and conduction disease.
