Mitochondrial NAD(H)-specific isocitrate dehydrogenase was purified from Saccharomyces cerevisiae for analyses of subunit structure and expression. Two subunits of the enzyme with different molecular weights (39,000 and 40,000) and slightly different isoelectric points were resolved by denaturing electrophoretic techniques.
