DNA ethylations were measured in four mammalian cell lines, Chinese hamster ovary CHO, mouse lymphoma L5178Y t k+/-, human lymphoblastoid TK6 and Chinese hamster V79, following exposure to [3H]ethyl methanesulphonate.
