The cystathionine β-synthase (CBS) 844ins68 polymorphism, methionine synthase (MS) A2756G SNP, and 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T SNP are associated with homocysteine (Hcy) level in humans.
