Pathological gambling (PG) is an impulse control disorder with suggestive genetic vulnerability component. We evaluated the association of genetic variants in the dopaminergic receptor genes (DRD1-3s) with risk for gambling in healthy subjects using the Canadian Problem Gambling Index (CPGI).
