A new method (termed as "chip-BAMPER" (bioluminometric assay coupled with modified primer extension reactions)) for single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) genotyping was developed by pyrosequencing chemistry coupled with hydrogel chip immobilized with single-stranded target DNAs.
