SNF-1/5'-AMP-activated kinase (AMPK)-related kinase (SNARK) is a member of the AMPK-related kinases. Snark(+/-) mice exhibited mature-onset obesity and related metabolic disorders. Obesity is regarded as a risk factor for colorectal cancer.
