DNA isolated from lung and liver tumor which were induced in CD-1 mice by transplacental treatment with 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA) or developed spontaneously was analyzed for the presence of Ha- and Ki-ras oncogene codon 61 mutations.
