OBJECTIVE: To investigate chromosomal gains and losses in association with human papillomavirus status in the vulvar squamous cell carcinomas (VSCC). METHODS: We analyzed 21 VSCC with comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) and polymerase chain reaction.
