Ten leukemia cases with mixed phenotype were investigated in terms of clinical characteristics and cellular origin. Three patients were infants and six patients were older children. Six of them had a high leukocyte count and a mediastinal mass was found in three cases. All but one showed hepatosplenomegaly and/or lymphoadenopathy.
