OBJECT: We describe the characteristics of three patients with CD56+CD7+ stem cell leukemia/lymphoma. METHODS: These blasts were analyzed for morphologic, karyotypic, immunophenotypic, and immunogenotypic features using Southern blot and polymerase chain reaction analysis.
