Agnogenic myeloid metaplasia (AMM) is a chronic myeloproliferative disorder arising from a single hematopoietic cell. Approximately 5% of reported cases of AMM have terminated in leukemic crisis; however, the precise characteristics of the leukemic cells have rarely been reported.
