The differentiation of plaque-forming cell (PFC) precursors against bromelain-treated syngeneic erythrocytes (Br MRBC) into PFC induced in vitro by LPS is down-regulated by nylon non-adherent (nylon-passed--NP) T cells and by nylon adherent (NA) T cells.
