Necropsic lymphoid tissues obtained from an infant with a novel type of immunodeficiency consisting of a peripheral blood T lymphocyte antigen receptor (TCR) surface expression defect, were analyzed by immunohistochemistry for the expression of various TCR-associated epitopes.
