An adenovirus-specific transformation resistant cell line (G2) expressing biologically active E1a proteins and originally isolated as a revertant from Ad2-transformed rat cells (F4), was shown to form stable Rb-E1a and 300K-E1a complexes in immunoprecipitation experiments.
