OBJECTIVES: To establish a modified microarray method for detecting HBV gene mutations in the clinic. DESIGN AND METHODS: Site-specific oligonucleotide probes were immobilized to microarray slides and hybridized to biotin-labeled HBV gene fragments amplified from two-step PCR.
