Using immunohistochemical methods, we have analysed colorectal biopsies of normal mucosa, metaplastic polyps (5 cases), adenomas (15 cases) and adenocarcinomas (70 cases) with 13 monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) to allelic products of the HLA-A, B, C loci.
