PURPOSE: To investigate the prevalence and potential clinical significance of epigenetic aberrations in neuroblastoma (NB). EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN: The methylation status of 11 genes that are frequently epigenetically inactivated in adult cancers was assayed in 13 NB cell lines.
