Auxin response in Arabidopsis thaliana requires the SCF(TIR1) ubiquitin ligase. In response to the hormone, SCF(TIR1) targets members of the auxin/indoleacetic acid (Aux/IAA) family of transcriptional regulators for ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis.
