The mutated osteoprotegerin (OPG-372) gene was inserted into the baculovirus transfer vector pBacPAK8, and the recombinant plasmid was co-transfected with linearized Bm-BacPAK6 virus DNA into BmN cells, then homologous recombination occurred inside the cells.
