MRL/Mp(-)+/+ mice produce antinuclear antibodies and develop a spontaneous autoimmune syndrome with lupus-like nephritis. We obtained a panel of seven histone-reactive IgG mAb from a single MRL/Mp(-)+/+ mouse.
