Monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) directed against herpes simplex virus (HSV)-coded glycoproteins gB, gC, gD and gE were employed in a an in vitro model of neuroinvasiveness using sensory neurons from rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG) cells.
