This study examined cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) cell lines and cutaneous lesions for the presence of Bcl-2 gene family members and found that the two apoptosis-inhibiting members Bcl-xL and Mcl-1 and the two apoptosis-supporting members Bad and Bax were expressed.
