Protein kinase (PK) Ctheta and Akt/PKBalpha cooperate in T cell receptor/CD28-induced T cell signaling. We here demonstrate the recruitment of endogenous Akt1 and PKCtheta to lipid rafts in CD3-stimulated T cells.
