Centrosome hyperamplification occurs frequently in human cancers, and is the major contributing factor for chromosomal instability and aneuploidy. We examined centrosome hyperamplification in bladder cancer cell lines. Samples were incubated with antibodies to the centrosome protein gamma-tubulin.
