A simple and inexpensive single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis procedure is described that uses the Fotodyne Analyst System equipped with the Gel-Pro Analysis software to compare the relative fluorescent intensity of ethidium bromide stained and MboI restricted amplicons from male individuals.
