The C57BL/6J-Min/+ (Min/+) mouse bears a mutant Apc gene and therefore is an important in vivo model of intestinal tumorigenesis. Min/+ mice develop adenomas that exhibit loss of the wild-type Apc allele (Apc(Min/-)).
