Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare hematologic neoplasm derived from plasmacytoid dendritic cell precursors. The malignancy was characterized by cutaneous and bone marrow involvement and leukemic spread，predominantly involving elderly patients.
