<title>Abstract</title> <p>Hemophilia-A (HA) is caused by heterogeneous loss-of-function factor (F)VIII gene (<italic>F8</italic>)-mutations and deficiencies in plasma-FVIII-activity that impair intrinsic-pathway-mediated coagulation-amplification.
